Join us virtually for an informative and fun cooking demo with Laurie Searfoss. Laurie is a highly accomplished chef and culinary consultant. Laurie has been in the cooking industry for 20 + years. She enjoys educating her clients and helping them navigate nourishing and healing their bodies with good food.
During this Cooking lesson Laurie will demonstrate how to infuse cannabis into oil which she will then use throughout her menu. She will begin with a pan seared salmon fillet with infused cannabis oil, herbs, and lemon. Next, turmeric quinoa and sautéed greens will be prepared, these two are delicious sides with anti inflammatory and heart healthy benefits. With her 20+ years of industry experience in restaurants, catering and private sector, Laurie will guide you through the health properties and benefits of an anti inflammatory diet, and its affect on reducing pain in the body.
