Become a Medical Patient

Let us help you register with the MCA to get started becoming a Maryland Medical Cannabis Patient!
*Must be a current Maryland resident*
You will need:
1. A valid, accessible email account.
2. Full 9- digit Social Security Number
3. An electronic copy of a valid government-issued photo ID
4. Proof that applicant lives in Maryland (2 Documents of Proof if applicant does not have a current Maryland ID or outdated address.)

*IMPORTANT* After MCA approval, you will need to meet with a licensed provider to get an active medical cannabis certification, in order to become a Maryland medical cannabis patient.
Must reserve time slot to ensure you will be helped. You MUST be registered with the state prior to becoming certified by a licensed provider.
